Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our restaurant team as Waiters/Waitresses. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent dining service, taking orders, and ensuring that every guest enjoys a pleasant experience. Full training will be provided--no prior experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer customer questions Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly Serve food and drinks professionally and courteously Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with meals and service Clear and clean tables after customers leave Assist in setting up and arranging the dining area before and after service hours Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations Handle customer requests or complaints politely and efficiently

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory) Pleasant personality and good communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Team player with good interpersonal skills Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Basic English or local language skills for customer interaction
