Job Description

involves providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, and ensuring satisfaction, all while maintaining a clean dining area and coordinating with kitchen staff for a smooth dining experience. Key duties include detailed menu knowledge, accurate order processing (often via POS systems), proactive guest attention, and efficient problem-solving for any issues that arise, following all health and safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction:

Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, present menus, and explain daily specials or menu items.

Order Management:

Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to kitchen/bar, and ensure correct delivery.

Service & Satisfaction:

Serve orders promptly, check in with diners after courses, refill drinks, and address concerns to ensure a positive experience.

Table & Area Maintenance:

Keep dining areas clean, set tables, and clear dirty dishes efficiently.

Payment Processing:

Handle customer payments and process transactions accurately.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service and maintain standards.

Food Safety:

Follow all health and hygiene regulations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and good organizational skills. Stamina to stand and walk for long periods. Positive attitude and problem-solving abilities
