We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive outstanding service while enjoying their meals in a vibrant atmosphere. Duties

Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer preferences are noted. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food handling and safety standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with care. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy shifts.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Experience in food service or culinary environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Sales skills are beneficial for upselling menu items and enhancing the guest experience. Previous experience in nightclub settings or similar establishments is a plus but not mandatory.
