for Restaurant Trainer( pune Location , Male Preferred)

- Effective and efficient hands-on instructor/trainer, working directly with employees.
- Educate and train new hires and employees on hands-on tasks.
- Continuous process improvement of techniques for effective training.
- Ensure efficient and effective store operations within given guidelines.
- Analyze employee training needs and improve performance.
- Instructs employees on restaurant food quality and safety.
- Passionate about staff development and mentoring.
- Follows company policies and procedures.
- Is a team player and goes above and beyond expectations.
- Flexibility to work days, weekends, and holidays.


Restaurant Trainer, 3+ years of restaurant experience
Teamwork and leadership skills.
Able to analyze daily operations and guest service needs
Good at time management
Have a passion for staff development and mentoring
Have problem solving skills
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Team player

Salaries -15k to 25k
