Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Team Members to join our outlet at Bangalore International Airport. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for travelers.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems.
Prepare and serve food and beverages as per brand standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area, dining area, and kitchen.
Follow food safety and airport security guidelines at all times.
Restock supplies, condiments, and inventory as needed.
Handle customer queries or complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Follow uniform and grooming standards as per brand and airport requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum SSLC/10th Pass; higher secondary or diploma in hospitality is a plus.
0-2 years of experience in a QSR, cafe, or restaurant (freshers can apply).
Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is an advantage.
Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
Must be eligible to work in a secure airport environment (background check required).
