The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a passion for hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support restaurant service staff (captains, stewards, and runners).
Ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests promptly.
Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for efficient order flow.
Manage shift schedules and attendance of service team.
Train and motivate new team members.
Support in stock control, requisitions, and billing accuracy.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a
Captain / Supervisor
in a reputed hotel or resort.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of POS billing systems preferred.
Flexible to work in shifts and weekends.
