We are looking for a dedicated and responsible
Restaurant Supervisor
to manage daily front-end operations and ensure smooth closing of the restaurant. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling staff, maintaining service quality, and completing all end-of-day procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front-of-house operations and maintain excellent guest service
Allocate duties, monitor staff performance, and support team coordination
Manage billing, cash handling, and end-of-day cash/till reconciliation
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and readiness of the restaurant for the next day
Carry out inventory checks, manage stock usage, and report shortages
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
Follow company SOPs and ensure closing checklist completion
Support upselling and cross-selling to boost sales
Requirements:
Prior experience in restaurant operations or supervision preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work the closing shift (12 PM - 11 PM)
