As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of service, and providing exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Train, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure efficient operations and minimize wastage. Assist in menu planning, pricing, and special promotions, ensuring profitability while meeting customer expectations and preferences. Oversee the dining area to ensure guests are seated promptly, tables are clean and properly set, and overall ambience is welcoming. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders, maintaining quality standards and presentation. Monitor and manage employee performance, providing regular feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing any performance or disciplinary issues. Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and employee schedules, preparing reports as required by management. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competition, making recommendations for improvements or enhancements to enhance the restaurant\'s success. Qualifications: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, health and safety regulations, and inventory management. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle challenging situations with composure. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems and basic office software. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
