We are looking for a motivated and experienced

Restaurant Supervisor

to oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional guest service at our fine and casual dining restaurant in Doha. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and runners. Ensure all staff deliver a high standard of customer service at all times. Assist in training new team members and maintaining performance standards. Monitor floor activity to ensure a welcoming and professional environment. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and effectively. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area at all times. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control as needed. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth order flow and timely service. Perform opening and closing duties as required by the restaurant schedule.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in the restaurant industry. Experience in

fine dining, casual dining, or upmarket restaurants

is preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures. Familiarity with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications. Professional appearance and behavior.
