Lumiere Sweets & Pastries, a premium luxury dine-in brand in Kuwait, is looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experience aligned with luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily front-of-house restaurant operations Ensure high standards of customer service in a luxury dine-in environment Manage staff scheduling, performance, and discipline Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards Coordinate with kitchen and management for smooth operations
Requirements (Mandatory):

Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in Luxury Dine-In / Fine Dining restaurants Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage peak-hour operations Ready to relocate and work in Kuwait
