Job Description

We need a Restaurant Supervisor, is responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, delivering excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability of the restaurant. The role involves managing staff, inventory, budgets, and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily restaurant operations including food preparation, inventory, staffing, and customer service.

Train, supervise, and evaluate staff to ensure efficient and effective performance.

Monitor food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures to maintain consistency in service, food quality, and overall guest experience.

Analyze financial performance data and develop strategies to improve profitability.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, employees, and suppliers.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
