Job Description
:
Act as SME for the Digital Menu product and manage end-to-end restaurant onboarding
Configure digital menus including PoS sync, content setup, images, QC, and SOP adherence
Train restaurant owners and staff to independently manage digital menus
Drive adoption of menu view, ordering, and bill payment features
Maintain high menu quality, accuracy, and visual standards
Build strong relationships and support restaurant partners post-onboarding
Coordinate with sales and product teams for growth initiatives and feedback
