We are looking for a reliable and organized
Store Keeper
to manage the inventory and supplies for our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring timely ordering of materials from vendors, minimizing wastage, and keeping the store well-arranged and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Order items from approved vendors on time to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Receive and inspect deliveries for quality and quantity.
Maintain proper records of all stock received and issued.
Organize and arrange the store for easy access and optimal space utilization.
Monitor and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Implement and follow procedures to reduce wastage and spoilage.
Coordinate with the kitchen and management for stock requirements and forecasts.
Conduct regular inventory checks and generate reports.
Ensure cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.
Requirements:
Previous experience in store management or a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred.
Basic knowledge of inventory software or record-keeping.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work independently.
Ability to lift and move stock as required.
