Key Responsibilities:
Receive, check, and store incoming food and non-food items.
Maintain proper stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
Assist in issuing materials to the kitchen and service departments.
Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored in hygienic conditions.
Monitor expiry dates and report damaged or expired items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store area.
Assist with daily stock verification and monthly stock audits.
Support the Store Keeper or Manager in all store-related tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / +2 preferred.
Basic knowledge of inventory and store handling.
Prior experience in a hotel or restaurant store will be an added advantage.
Honest, punctual, and willing to work in a team environment.
