Restaurant Steward
to provide exceptional guest service and ensure smooth day-to-day dining operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality, attentive to details, and able to create a warm and welcoming dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Escort guests to their tables and assist them with seating arrangements.
Present menus, explain food and beverage items, and take accurate orders.
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct portioning and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, cutlery, crockery, and the dining area.
Assist in setting up the restaurant before service (table arrangements, napkins, cutlery, etc.).
Clear tables after service and reset them for the next guests.
Work closely with kitchen and staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or requests with professionalism and courtesy.
Follow company grooming standards and ensure personal hygiene at all times.
Comply with food safety, hygiene, and service quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Steward/Waiter in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry.
Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali preferred.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Physically fit, energetic, and able to stand for long working hours.
Male candidates preferred only.

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
