Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen, bar, and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling protocols are followed.
Assist kitchen and serving staff with tasks such as setting up tables, stocking service stations with napkins and condiments, and transporting supplies.
Help with basic food preparation, such as making salads or desserts, and garnishing dishes.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and food and beverage items.
Provide courteous and friendly service to guests, answering basic questions and directing them as needed.
Deliver beverages, refill water and drink glasses, and present menus.
Clear tables, replace silverware, and prepare tables for new guests.
Monitor and maintain equipment and areas to prevent contamination or hazards.
