Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating and menu presentation.
Take and relay orders accurately, ensuring timely food and beverage service.
Maintain table settings and cleanliness throughout the guest experience.
Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams for efficient coordination.
Uphold hygiene and safety standards in line with company and regulatory guidelines.
Manage guest requests and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Support team members during busy service hours and special events.
Ensure all service areas are well-organized, stocked, and ready before each shift.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience as a Steward or in a similar F&B service role (experience in microbreweries or premium dining preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Educational background: 10+2 or Diploma in Hotel Management / F&B Service preferred.
