Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Welcome guests and guide them through the order process
Manage dine-in and takeaway orders accurately
Provide quick, friendly service and resolve basic customer queries
Maintain a neat and inviting service counter
Kitchen & Operations:
Assist with food preparation including assembling pizzas, grilling, frying, and packaging orders
Follow hygiene, safety, and quality guidelines
Keep workstations, equipment, and food prep areas clean
Support daily operational tasks such as inventory checks, restocking, and end-of-day cleaning
