Job Description

A restaurant associate typically has the following responsibilities:

Customer Service

: Greeting guests, taking orders, and providing menu recommendations to enhance the dining experience.

Food Preparation

: Assisting in food preparation, ensuring proper cooking and presentation of dishes.

Cleanliness

: Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining and kitchen areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.

Cash Handling

: Managing cash registers, processing payments, and handling customer inquiries regarding bills.

Team Collaboration

: Working alongside kitchen staff and other associates to ensure efficient service and communication.

Inventory Management

: Assisting with inventory counts and restocking supplies as needed.
