1. Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
Take accurate orders and process billing efficiently.
Ensure timely service and address customer queries or concerns politely.
2. Food & Beverage Preparation
Prepare beverages (tea, coffee, shakes, etc.) as per cafe standards.
Assist in basic food preparation such as sandwiches, snacks, desserts, etc.
Maintain product quality, presentation, and portion control.
3. Cafe Operations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe, service areas, and equipment.
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols (FSSAI standards).
Refill inventory, stock fridges, and manage counter displays.
Assist in opening/closing duties as assigned.
4. Team Collaboration
Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth cafe operations.
Support team members during rush hours.
Skills & Competencies Required:
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of food & beverage handling
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to stand for long hours
Team player with a proactive approach
Education:
Minimum 12th Pass
Diploma in F&B or Hospitality (preferred)
Work Schedule:
Rotational shifts / Flexible timing
Weekends and holiday working required as per cafe operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,928.26 per month
