Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of service Assist with setting up and cleaning tables to ensure a clean dining area Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and service equipment Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings if necessary Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
