Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide service staff during shifts
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams

Manage table reservations, seating, and order flow efficiently
Monitor staff performance and assist in training new team members
Ensure timely setup and closing of the restaurant floor
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Service Captain or Senior Waiter preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
Ability to handle pressure during peak hours
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
