Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily service staff operations
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and shift discipline
Oversee order-taking, billing, and cash handling procedures
Ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety, and Donzel service standards
Train new service staff and guide existing team members
Coordinate with kitchen/freezer staff for smooth service flow
Manage peak-hour service efficiently and allocate duties accordingly
Ensure cleanliness of outlet, counters, and customer areas at all times
Assist in opening and closing of the outlet, including basic reports
Requirements:
Prior experience as Service Captain / Supervisor in cafe, or restaurant
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to handle customer issues calmly and effectively
Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing
Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
