We are seeking an energetic and service-oriented

Restaurant Boy

to join our food & beverage team. The ideal candidate should have good guest-handling skills, the ability to take orders confidently, and a passion for providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and

handle guests courteously

to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Take food and beverage orders

accurately from guests. Prepare and write

KOTs (Kitchen Order Tickets)

correctly and timely. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards. Communicate effectively with kitchen and front office staff. Upsell menu items using

good communication and selling skills

. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations. Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel service standards at all times.

Requirements

Minimum

1 year of experience

in a hotel or restaurant. Good

communication and guest interaction skills

. Ability to sell and recommend menu items confidently. Polite, well-groomed, and service-oriented attitude. Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
