Roles & Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve promptly.
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained.
Maintain good knowledge of the menu, specials, and promotions.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and service guidelines.
