Job Description

Customer Service:

Greet customers, present menus, and escort them to their tables.

Order Taking:

Accurately take food and drink orders, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions.

Service:

Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

Menu Knowledge:

Be knowledgeable about menu items and specials to answer questions and make recommendations.

Coordination:

Liaise with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are correct and delivered on time.

Table Maintenance:

Prepare tables, clear finished plates, and keep the dining area clean and tidy.

Payment Processing:

Issue bills and process payments accurately via cash, credit, or debit.

Problem Resolution:

Address customer complaints or issues with a positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
