Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Sales Manager

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase

restaurant revenue (dine-in, events, parties, corporate tie-ups).

Drive sales for reservations,

group bookings, and special events.

Generate

leads and convert them into bookings (kitty parties, private dining, corporate events).

Leverage

digital platforms & CRM

for lead generation, engagement, and digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition, l

ead nurturing, and brand visibility.

Build corporate

tie-ups

, event partnerships & influencer collaborations and

high-value client relationships.

Conduct

market & digital trend analysis

to optimize pricing & promotions. Work with marketing team on

integrated campaigns & online activations

. Set

KPIs & monitor team performance

through analytics & dashboards. Prepare

data-driven reports

with insights,

insightful sales reports with analytics, ROI evaluation, and growth forecasts

to management. Ensure

seamless alignment of offline sales with digital initiatives

. Coordinate with marketing team for promotions, digital campaigns, and branding. Provide

after-sales service

to ensure client satisfaction. Conduct

market research to analyze competitors and recommend pricing and promotional strategies.

Requirements

4-6 years of experience in F&B / Hospitality Sales

(restaurant, hotel, or banquets preferred). Strong

network in corporate and event industry.

Excellent

communication, negotiation,

and presentation skills. Ability to work

under pressure and achieve target

Leadership skills

with ability to manage a small sales team.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
