Maintain an organized waitlist and provide accurate wait-time estimates.
Escort guests to tables and communicate seating preferences to the service team.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding menu, hours, and special events.
Coordinate with servers and management to optimize table turnover and seating flow.
Ensure the reception and lobby areas are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate as needed.
Assist with special requests such as large bookings, celebrations, or accessibility needs.
Support administrative tasks such as confirming reservations, organizing menus, or updating guest information.
