Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations across 8 outlets to ensure smooth functioning
Lead, motivate, and train store teams to deliver consistent service and customer delight
Implement and monitor SOPs for quality, hygiene, and efficiency across outlets
Conduct regular audits for staff performance, compliance, and outlet upkeep
Oversee P&L for all outlets: control costs, optimize resources, and maximize profitability
Manage supply chain, vendor coordination, and inventory systems
Resolve escalated customer concerns with effective service recovery
Work closely with management on promotions, product launches, and business growth plans
Travel daily/weekly across all outlets for monitoring and support
Ensure readiness for festive seasons and peak sales periods with manpower planning
Candidate Profile
7+ years of experience in F&B, QSR, Cafe, or Bakery multi-outlet operations
Proven track record in team handling (large staff strength)
Strong operational know-how with attention to detail in process implementation
Confident in managing P&L, budgeting, and reporting
Flexible with shifts, weekends, and festive workload
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ?23,876.87 - ?50,000.00 per month
