Our Client is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Head to lead and manage sales and operations for a multi-cuisine restaurant chain with branches across Noida and Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing customer experience across all outlets.

Noida & Delhi (multiple branches)
Working Days:
6 days per week
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant branches in Noida and Delhi.
Implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.
Drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase overall revenue.
Monitor branch performance and take corrective actions as necessary.
Train, motivate, and manage staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics for management review.
Qualifications
5 to 10 years of experience managing operations and sales in a multi-outlet restaurant or retail environment.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational improvements.
Ability to manage teams across multiple locations effectively.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Willingness to work 6 days a week.
Salary
8 lacs to 12 lacs per annum, based on experience.
