Urgently required an experienced restaurant operation manager to
establish and operate a QSR concept restaurant in Chennai.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement menu for Pizza, Burger, Fried Chicken, Desserts
and Drinks.
Create menu items and oversee recipe preparation and testing.
Train kitchen staff on new recipes and presentation techniques.
Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that the menu is executed
correctly and consistently.
Identify the material/ingredient requirement and suitable vendors/suppliers
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and recipe manual.
Skill and Knowledge Requirement:
- Diploma or degree in hotel management or equivalent
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience as chef, preferably in QSR or Cloud kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food and nutrition.
- Attention to detail in menu planning and execution.
- Experience with recipe development and testing.
- Knowledge of food trends and ability to incorporate them into menus.
Sal: 3 to 5 Lakhs per annum
