To oversee all COCO Outlet operations including service, sales, kitchen, housekeeping, vendor management, and customer satisfaction. To ensure profitability, high operational standards, team performance, and seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Operations Management:
Lead and manage day-to-day COCO Outlet operations across multiple service areas (kitchen, service floor, counters, housekeeping).
Ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and compliance with SOPs at all times.
Develop and enforce operational policies, hygiene practices, and service protocols.
Also, He will work in absence of Area Manager 60% responsible for all work.
Also, He will work in absence of Operation 60% responsible for all work.
Periodically taking internal audits and submitting reports to management.
Managing end to end operations like, Management, Escalation of issues, Team Guiding, controlling, Monitoring, supporting.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Hotel Management (Hospitality Management, Business Administration preferred).
Strong leadership, multitasking, and team management abilities.
Financial understanding: basic P&L management, cost control, and budgeting.
Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Tech-savvy: POS systems, MS Excel, Inventory Software familiarity.
