Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant (kitchen, service, billing, and hygiene).
Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
Maintain the authenticity, quality, and consistency of South Indian cuisine.
Monitor inventory and manage supplier coordination.
Ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Handle customer service, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Prepare daily sales reports and manage accounts related to restaurant operations.
Support promotional activities and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management (South Indian cuisine preferred).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of F&B operations, hygiene, and cost control.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Benefits:
Salary: ₹20,000 - ?25,000 per month.
