Job Summary:



We are looking for an experienced and committed

Restaurant Manager

to lead and manage our

South Indian restaurant

at VGP Heritage. The candidate will be responsible for smooth operations, customer satisfaction, staff management, and ensuring high-quality dining experiences.

Location:

VGP Heritage, Injambakkam, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant (kitchen, service, billing, and hygiene). Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff. Maintain the authenticity, quality, and consistency of South Indian cuisine. Monitor inventory and manage supplier coordination. Ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. Handle customer service, complaints, and feedback professionally. Prepare daily sales reports and manage accounts related to restaurant operations. Support promotional activities and contribute to achieving revenue targets.

Requirements:



3-5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management (South Indian cuisine preferred). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Knowledge of F&B operations, hygiene, and cost control. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Benefits:



Salary: ₹20,000 - ?25,000 per month.

Food and accommodation provided.

Weekly off (one day between Monday to Thursday).
