Responsible for managing day-to-day restaurant operations at the resort, ensuring excellent guest experience, team performance, quality service standards & revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee restaurant staff, service quality & guest satisfaction.
Handle table reservation, guest complaints, feedback & service recovery.
Coordinate with kitchen, bar & management for smooth operations.
Manage inventory, ordering, billing, cost control & hygiene standards.
Train & supervise service team on SOPs and resort standards.
Ensure high hospitality standards aligned with resort brand image.
Maintain daily sales reports & meet revenue targets.
Profile Requirements:
Hotel Management background preferred.
3+ years experience in restaurant / resort F&B operations.
Excellent communication, leadership & customer service skills.
Knowledge of POS billing systems & F&B service standards.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
