Position Overview:



As a

Store Manager

at Bektash, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of your assigned outlet. This role demands a strong leader with excellent operational and managerial skills, the ability to drive sales, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing daily operations, maintaining quality control, enforcing strict SOP adherence, and driving profitability while ensuring a positive work culture within your outlet.

Key Responsibilities:Operations & Store Management:



Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of all activities in line with company standards. Implement operational processes to optimize efficiency and minimize wastage. Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards. Work closely with the central management team to align store performance with company objectives. Enforce strict adherence to all

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

to maintain operational consistency and quality.

Staff Management & Team Leadership:



Lead, train, and supervise a team of kitchen and dine-in staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Assign duties and responsibilities effectively to optimize team productivity. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and initiate corrective actions when necessary. Address any staffing concerns, conflicts, or disciplinary actions in a fair and professional manner. Conduct

comprehensive training programs

to equip staff with necessary skills and knowledge.

Enforce strict uniform policies

, ensuring all staff adhere to the brand's professional appearance standards.

Customer Experience & Service Excellence:



Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for guests. Handle customer complaints and feedback efficiently, ensuring a satisfactory resolution. Monitor service quality and ensure that all team members uphold high hospitality standards. Implement customer engagement initiatives to enhance brand loyalty and repeat business.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management:



Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Conduct regular stock audits to prevent shortages, pilferage, or wastage.

Quality Control & Compliance:



Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards across all operational aspects. Ensure that all food preparation and handling meet the brand's quality benchmarks. Adhere to health and safety guidelines as per regulatory authorities.

Be strict with all SOPs

to ensure uniformity in service, cleanliness, and food preparation.

Financial Oversight & Cost Control:



Handle daily cash closing, sales reconciliation, and maintain accurate financial records. Assist in budgeting, sales forecasting, and cost control to maximize profitability. Identify opportunities to increase revenue through promotions, upselling, and local marketing strategies.

Training & Development:



Conduct training programs for new and existing employees to enhance skill sets and service quality. Develop career growth plans for team members, fostering motivation and long-term commitment.

Qualifications & Skills Required:



Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry (minimum 2 years preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate employees. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and staff. Ability to handle high-pressure situations, resolve conflicts, and make quick decisions. Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and cost control practices. Familiarity with industry-standard POS and restaurant management software (experience with Petpooja is a plus). Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred for candidates with limited prior experience in restaurant management).
