Key Responsibilities:
Customer Handling:
Ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests; manage customer queries and concerns professionally.
Team & Kitchen Management:
Oversee kitchen staff, inventory, hygiene, and service standards to ensure smooth daily operations.
Social Media Coordination:
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote cafe offerings and activities across social platforms.
Staff Supervision:
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
Sales Monitoring:
Track daily sales, maintain records, and suggest strategies for improving footfall and revenue.
Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with suppliers for stock and quality control.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in cafe/restaurant management.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
