Job Description

Responsible for managing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, excellent guest experience, and efficient staff supervision. The role includes handling inventory and cost control, billing accuracy, hygiene and safety compliance, team training and motivation, and resolving customer or operational issues to ensure consistent performance and profitability.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month

Application Question(s):

Minimum 3-7 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good knowledge of food & beverage operations.
Familiarity with POS systems and online delivery platforms.
Ability to handle pressure during peak business hours.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred).
