Ensure overall cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant at all times.
Supervise table setups, side stations, and ensure readiness before service.
Maintain and update daily log books; allocate stations and tasks to team members.
Conduct daily staff briefings to communicate priorities, promotions, and service standards.
Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
Drive upselling of food, beverages, and promotions to maximize revenue.
Collect and record customer feedback to improve service quality.
Prepare weekly duty rosters and manage staff schedules effectively.
Monitor and ensure smooth service flow during operations.
Oversee proper closing of the restaurant, including cash reconciliation and end-of-day reports.
