Restaurant Manager

to lead daily operations, inspire our team, and deliver memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house teams Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain service excellence Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene to meet company and FSSAI standards Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control to optimize profitability Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and local marketing initiatives Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and management teams Prepare and analyze daily/weekly reports on sales, labor, and expenses Uphold brand standards and foster a positive work culture

Qualifications

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and POS systems Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage peak service hours Degree or diploma in hospitality management preferred (not mandatory)
