Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant guest complaints
Organize and supervise shifts
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
Requirement:
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager at any of the 5 star properties
Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
Familiarity with restaurant management software
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
