Job Description

Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, including opening and closing procedures.

Ensure that all operational processes are efficient and streamlined for quick service.

Monitor and manage the flow of orders, ensuring timely service and product consistency.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the cafe.

Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff, including baristas, kitchen staff, and front-of-house employees.

Create staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage during peak hours.

Monitor staff performance, conduct regular evaluations, and provide coaching or disciplinary actions as needed.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Train staff on customer service standards and encourage a customer-first approach.

Manage customer queues and orders efficiently during peak hours.

Monitor the cafe's financial performance, including sales, profits, and costs.

Develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and control costs.

Manage the cafe's budget, including labor, inventory, and operating expenses.

Conduct regular cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting to maintain financial accuracy.

Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that all items are adequately stocked.

Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure timely ordering of ingredients and supplies.

Minimize waste and manage stock rotation to reduce spoilage and control costs.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment is in good working order.

Train staff on proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols.

Ensure the cafe adheres to all local laws and regulations.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions, seasonal offers, and new product launches.

Monitor customer feedback and trends to improve service and menu offerings.

Work to increase customer engagement through loyalty programs, community events, or social media

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
