Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Restaurant Manager (F&B Manager / Hospitality Manager)

to lead the restaurant's

pre-opening operations and daily management

. This role is ideal for someone with a background in

hotel restaurant operations, guest service, and food & beverage management

, who is passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

restaurant pre-opening

setup: vendor contracts, inventory, and team onboarding. Oversee

food & beverage service

,

reservations

, and

guest satisfaction

. Recruit, train, and supervise a small

service team

. Coordinate with chef to maintain

fine dining standards

in service and presentation. Manage

restaurant operations

including cost control, inventory management, vendor negotiations, and staff scheduling. Ensure compliance with

hospitality standards, hygiene, safety, and FSSAI regulations

. Build guest loyalty through

personalized service and local recommendations

.

Requirements

2+ years' experience as a

Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager / F&B Manager

in hotels, resorts, or standalone restaurants. Familiarity with POS Billing softwares. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Fluency in English & Hindi; knowledge of additional languages a plus. Familiarity with

hospitality operations in Udaipur

preferred. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy hours. A passion for

guest service and fine dining hospitality

What We Offer

Competitive salary:

?25,000 - ?40,000 per month

(depending on experience). Opportunity to lead and grow a new restaurant from the ground up. Work at a
