TOSSIN PIZZA, Hyderabad is looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our location. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth restaurant functioning, high-quality customer service, and operational efficiency while managing staff, logistics, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service.
Manage and train staff, create work schedules, and promote teamwork.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle inventory management, supplier coordination, and cost control.
Hire delivery personnel and manage logistics for seamless delivery operations.
Drive sales and profitability through effective marketing and promotions.
Address customer complaints and maintain high service standards.
Oversee cash handling, billing, and financial reporting accuracy.
Implement policies to improve operational efficiency and staff performance.
Requirements
:
Experience
: Minimum
6 months
in restaurant management, preferably in an Italian restaurant or pizzeria.
Education:
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with restaurant POS systems, food safety regulations, and cost management.
Personal Traits
: Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of handling high-pressure situations.
