Run day-to-day restaurant operations smoothly
Manage, train, and schedule staff
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Handle inventory, suppliers, and basic cost control
Manage delivery staff and daily logistics
Handle customer issues and maintain service quality
Look after billing, cash handling, and daily reports
Help grow sales through offers and promotions
What we're looking for:
Minimum 6 months experience in restaurant management (pizzeria preferred)
Basic knowledge of POS systems and food safety
Good leadership and communication skills
Calm under pressure and customer-focused
