We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead our team in delivering an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, quality service, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Manage staffing needs: hire, train, supervise, and schedule staff
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Implement cost control and budget management strategies
Develop and execute marketing and promotional plans
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Prepare regular reports on financials, staff performance, and customer feedback
Key Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and sanitation
Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with restaurant management software (POS, inventory, scheduling)
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred
