Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Reports to: General Manager / Owner / Area Manager
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overall restaurant operations (front of house, service, staff) o Hiring, training, performance management of service staff o Ensure exemplary customer service, handling complaints / guest feedback o Floor planning, seating, reservations, ambiance o Liaise with kitchen / F&B / bar for seamless operations o Monitor daily revenue, cost control, wastage, budget vs. actual o Inventory, procurement (non-food, consumables, linen, etc.) o Implement SOPs, operational standards & brand compliance o Collaborate on promotions, events, marketing, social media o Compliance: health, safety, licensing, fire, local regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience as restaurant manager / operations (3-7 years) o Strong leadership, multitasking, decision-making o Good financial understanding: revenue, cost, margins o Excellent customer service orientation o Adaptability, ability to handle pressure o Computer skills (POS, MS Office, restaurant software)

Pay: ₹13,940.14 - ₹50,000.00 per month
