Job Description

Operational Management: Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, scheduling, and managing shift rotations to ensure seamless service and efficient use of resources.

Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring that all guests receive prompt, courteous, and attentive service. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

Staff Training and Development: Train, mentor, and motivate the restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work atmosphere. Encourage continuous improvement and professional growth among team members.

Skills and Qualifications:

At least 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the restaurant's schedule.
