Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations within a hotel. The role focuses on service excellence, team management, cost control, and revenue growth while ensuring high guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations and service standards
Lead, train, and supervise service staff and supervisors
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and escalations
Drive restaurant revenue, upselling, and promotions
Monitor food & beverage costs, wastage, and inventory
Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams
Ensure hygiene, safety, and FSSAI compliance
Prepare daily reports, MIS, and performance analysis
Maintain SOPs and brand standards
