Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Anywhere in Kolkata
:
1. Supervise daily restaurant operations including opening and closing activities.
2. Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards, and operational procedures.
3. Monitor food preparation and service speed to maintain QSR efficiency.
4. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to reduce waste and prevent shortages.
5. Lead and motivate the team to deliver consistent customer service.
6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
7. Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and compliance with health & safety norms.
8. Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers.
9. Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively.
10. Maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.
11. Manage cash handling and billing if required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
