We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Restaurant Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant while delivering high-quality service, maintaining standards, and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Maintain restaurant ambiance and cleanliness
Track sales, prepare reports, and meet revenue targets
Implement strategies to improve productivity and sales performance
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth service
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
Proficiency in using POS systems (e.g., Petpooja preferred)
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or relevant field preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
